Two landscapes:
1) Dune scene. Signed lower left "A. Rogers", possibly Annette Perkins Rogers (Massachusetts, 1841-1920). Oil on canvas, 17" x 21". Framed 24" x 27.5".
2) View of a mountain town. Unsigned. Oil on canvas, 20" x 24". Unframed.

The Estate of Jim Lyons, Massachusetts. -
Condition:
Dune scene with large hole to center and a smaller hole to upper center. Canvas is brittle. Soiled with areas of paint loss. Mountain scene with areas of paint loss as well as drops of residue (glue?). Both in need of professional restoration.
